COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 Safety

Your health and safety are of our highest priority

COVID-19 Safety Policies and Procedures

In compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order 20-81 that became effective on June 25th, 2020, patients are required to wear masks inside the clinic and during sessions/treatments. If you do not have a face mask, a disposable surgical mask will be provided for you when you arrive.

The clinic’s mask policy reflects the priority of keeping our community, patients and staff safe and healthy, and complying with our state’s public health mandate.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What we are doing:

Here are steps we are taking to ensure the clinic space is a safe and our patients are protected:

  • Surfaces and touch-points are disinfected with medical grade cleaners and rooms are sterilized with UV light between sessions and at the end of the day.

  • Medical grade HEPA air filters have been installed throughout the clinic space.

  • Your provider will be wearing a mask, washing hands and practicing diligent personal hygiene.

  • Extra time will be left between appointments to properly clean and disinfect.

  • Your provider will stay home and get tested if they exhibit any symptoms of Covid-19 including cough, fever, and shortness of breath, or if they have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

What we ask of you:

Before your Appointment

  • Alert the clinic if you have recently developed two or more of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, headache, loss of taste or smell, nausea, or bowel habit changes.  Please do not come to the clinic if you have had a fever in the last 48 hours. Fees will be waived for cancellations due to potential COVID-19 symptoms or diagnosis.

  • Alert the clinic if you have traveled by air in the last 14 days.

  • Alert the clinic if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19. We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have had a known exposure within the last 14 days.

  • Please contact the clinic if you had a diagnosed or suspected case of COVID-19 in the past 30 days.

  • Please wear a face mask into the building and for the duration of your session.  (If you do not have a face mask, one will be provided for you.

  • We ask that you do not bring anyone along with you to your appointment unless they are necessary for your care.

When you Arrive for your Appointment

Please wait in your vehicle or outside when you arrive for your appointment. You will receive a text from your provider when the room has been cleaned and you are able to enter the building.

As always, we are following all precautionary measures of sanitation and proper hygiene to ensure the health and well-being of our patients and staff. However, there are still unknown aspects to SARS-COV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19) and by coming to your appointment, you understand that Sacred Vibes Healing will not be held accountable if you do get exposed or contract COVID-19.

Thank you SO much
for your understanding and cooperation!
